SOUND DESK
PATCH BANK
The dock is an instrument — this is the SOUND desk: mix, scenes, voice and the patch bank live above the keys. Collapse it any time; the bar keeps the essentials.
VOICE
PATCH — …
PATCH BANK — no sound banks installed yet. Get them in the sidebar's PACKS tab.
Turn a knob while a note rings — cutoff and release follow live. Presets keep the whole patch.
FX SEND — CHORUS and DELAY are post-amp sends into the synth bus, so the master knob, the EQ and the recorder cover them. Per patch: silent until you turn one up.

ARP PATTERN — 16 steps
plain = the note · accent = louder (×1.4) · skip = silent, the grid still advances · ratchet = two hits per step

PERFORM — chord · scale lock · repeat

PLAY — touch
Vel · bend · aftertouch · CC64 sustain land on the same engine the dock drives — hardware and panel are one instrument.

MOD — matrix —
LFO · velocity · aftertouch → cutoff · pitch · amp. Amounts −1…+1 (negative inverts). One global LFO at the RATE knob; vel lands at voice build, aftertouch rides a ringing voice live. DICE rolls 2–3 routes — always one LFO, so a roll is always audible — and prints its seed; Shift+click repeats that seed exactly.

Keys: Z-row white · S-row black · Q-row the octave above · Alt+1–4 the performance mix (works on both desks). Pressing a key never starts the pattern.

PASTE & PLAYa new session from Strudel code
Paste a Strudel pattern — a stack, a track, a whole sketch. The session is rebuilt around it:
your code becomes the document, the panel parks, and PLAY runs exactly what you pasted. Nothing is parsed or rewritten —
and REGEN (or E) rebuilds the panel from the model once you have adapted the code.
The box always works — the clipboard button is just a shortcut.
This replaces the current session with a new one built from this code.
